Is there something wrong with (part of) your order? Don't worry, we completely understand! You have 14 days after receipt to register your items for return. After that, you have another 14 days to send them back to us. The return costs are at your own expense.

You can easily register your return by completing the return form and sending it to info@babyempire.nl .

Returns Policy
When you use your right of withdrawal, we ask you to return the product with all accessories and preferably in the original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged more than necessary, we can charge the depreciation. So make sure that the product is treated with care and is well packaged when returning.
Please note: Personalised items cannot be returned.

Oops, received the wrong or damaged item?
Register your return by sending an email to info@babyempire.nl and indicate the correct reason for return. Also add a photo of the damage or the incorrectly delivered product. Our customer service will contact you within one business day.
